Please do not send sensitive personal information, such as government identification, health information, financial account information, passwords, or information about another person, through the consultation form.

How We Use Information

We use your information to:

• receive, review, and respond to your enquiry;
• understand your business needs and prepare recommendations, proposals, or a possible project scope;
• communicate with you using your selected contact method;
• operate, secure, and improve our website and services; and
• comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes where necessary.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your enquiry details for marketing unless you separately agree to receive marketing communications.

Our Basis for Processing

Where privacy law requires a basis for processing, we rely on your consent when you submit the form, taking steps at your request before entering into a service agreement, our legitimate interests in responding to genuine business enquiries and operating our services, and compliance with legal obligations where applicable. • email delivery provider Resend, where it is used to deliver a consultation enquiry;
• the secure workflow or automation provider configured to receive consultation enquiries through our webhook;
• website hosting, security, and technical-service providers that support this website; and
• professional advisers, authorities, or other parties where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect our rights or safety.

These providers may process information only on our instructions and for the purposes described above, except where they have an independent legal obligation. We will update this policy if we add a material new category of recipient or begin using advertising or analytics providers.

International Transfers

Our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live, including outside Malaysia. When this happens, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate safeguards required by applicable privacy law.

Retention

We keep consultation enquiries for up to 24 months after our last meaningful interaction with you, unless a longer period is needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, comply with a legal obligation, or maintain an active client relationship. We then delete or securely anonymise the information.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and Analytics

This website does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics tools to track visitors. If we add non-essential cookies or analytics in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent before they are used.
